                            Mr. Daniell
 Duren Daniell Sr., 76, 1710 Green St. Dublin, died early Friday in an Atlanta 
hospital after an illness of several months. Services were held at 3pm 
Saturday in the C. Homer Adams Chapel with Rev. Harold R. Rickert, the Rev. 
Bob Ballard, and the Rev. C. B. Dowdney officiating. Burial was in Northview 
Cemetery.
 A native of Laurens County, Mr. Daniell was the son of the late Otto Daniell 
and Fannie Wyatt Daniell and was a member and deacon of Saxon Heights Baptist 
Church. He was a retired owner and operator of a feed mill.
 Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Vivian Quinn Daniell of Dublin; one 
daughter, Mrs. James V. Walters of Tuscaloosa, Ala.; one son, Dr. Duren 
Daniell Jr. of Augusta; two stepdaughters, Mrs. Dale Frost and Mrs. Micki 
Hodges, both of Dublin; one stepson, Danny Maloney of Dublin; five 
grandchildren, Daniell C. Walters and Eric C. Walters, both of Tuscaloosa, 
Ala. and April Lee, Al Lee, and Chris Maloney, all of Dublin; two brothers, 
David Daniell and Dwight Daniell, both of Dublin; and several nieces, nephews, 
and other relatives.
 Pallbearers were Dale Frost, Wilbur Quinn, Jim Quinn, James Sikes, Duncan 
McEachern III, and Bruce Daniell.
 An honorary escort was composed of J. F. Williamson, J. D. Bearden, John 
Smith, Marvin Wyatt, Duncan McEachearn Jr., Cecil Wilkes, Marvin O'Brien, 
Horace Boyd, E. L. Tomlinson, and others.
 Adams Funeral Home had charge of arrangements.

Additional Comments:
Duren was born 28 Jul 1902. His first wife was Lois Keen/Keene who is also 
buried at Northview Cemetery. Georgia death certificate #4518.
