Services 4:30P.M. Sunday at Union Baptist Church. -Survivors: wife Carrie Bell 
Shannon Foskey; children, Nelda (Mark) Owens, Johnny (Pam) Foskey, Reece 
(Debie) Foskey; grandchildren, great grandchildren; brother Ullis (Louise) 
Foskey. -Townsend Funeral Home, Dublin has arrangements

He was born 9-1-1924. His parents are William Eangus Foskey and Allie Foskey, 
both buried at Union Baptist Church Cemetery.
