Foskey, 82, Route 6, Dublin, died at his home Wednesday morning after an extended illness. A lifetime resident of Laurens County, he was the son of the late Charles Foskey and Mrs. Sallie Price Foskey. He was a farmer and a member of the Baptist Church. He was married to the late Mrs. Mollie Foskey. Funeral services were conducted today,Thursday, at 2 o'clock from Union Primitive Baptist Church with the Rev. T. H. Beckworth and the Rev. W. E. Flanders officiating. Burial was in the Foskey Cemetery near Adrian. Pallbearers were Ullis Foskey, Ovid Foskey, Lee Ollis Foskey, Herman Bush, Piece Bush and Hugh Wood. Surviving are one son, C. L. Foskey, Dublin; three daughters, Mrs. Allie Foskey, Mrs. Dallie Bush and Mrs. Dollie Foskey, Dublin; three sisters, Mrs. Mary Lizzie Sterling, Dublin; Mrs. Ethel Hall, Dublin; Mrs. R. L. Webb, Wrightsville; one brother, W. L. Foskey, Dublin. Sammons Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements. Additional Comments: Tom was born 4-17-1879.
