                  Funeral Rites For Mr. Foskey Set Wednesday
 Funeral services for Freeman Lee Foskey, 79, of Rentz, Rt. 1, will be held at 
Carters Chapel Wednesday afternoon at 3:30 o'clock with the Rev. Cecil Hazen 
and the Rev. Daniel Mimbs officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery 
and Townsend Brothers Funeral Home will direct the rites. Nephews will serve 
as pallbearers.
 Native of Laurens County, Mr. Foskey was a retired farmer and member of the 
Methodist Church. He died Thursday morning in a local hospital after an 
extended illness.
 Mr. Foskey is survived by his wife,the former Miss Ruthie Johnson , of Rentz; 
one daughter, Mrs. Ruby Branum of Rentz; a step-daughter, Mrs. Reta Goff, Lake 
Wales, Fla.; a step-son, Delma Foskey of Lake Wales, Fla; one sister, Mrs. Mae 
Will Foskey of Dublin; two grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
 The body will be at the residence until funeral time.

Additional Comments:
Freeman Lee was born 1-31-1888 to George William Foskey and Sallie 
Sue "Misouria" Jones.
