Services will be held at 5 p.m. today in Minter Baptist Church in Laurens County. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Rev. Hubert Hollis, Rev. Douglas Bush, and Rev. Earl Warnock will officiate. Mr. Foskey, a lifelong resident of Laurens County, was a retired civil service employee and a member of Minter Baptist Church. Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Shirley Rose Foskey of Duiblin; a daughter, Mrs. Dennis Kent of Dublin; two brothers, Ullis Foskey and Ovid Foskey. both of Dublin. Pallbearers will be James Fennell, Bill Padgett, Mark Owens, Preston Tyson, Joel Young, and Clayton Warnock. Sammons Funeral Home of Soperton has charge of arrangements.
