Services will be held at 3PM today in the chapel of Sammons Funeral Home with burial in the Thigpen Cemetery in Laurens County. The Rev. Neal Wall, the Rev. Douglas Bush, and the Rev. Lynn Cutler will officiate. Mr. Foskey, a native of Treutlen County, had lived in Rockledge most of his life. He was a truck driver for Laurens County Public Works and a member of Rosemont Primitive Baptist Church. Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Mildred Bush Foskey of Rockledge; two daughters, Mrs. Faye Hooks of Soperton and Mrs. Ann Pullen of Dublin; a sister, Mrs. Ruby Bass of Rockledge; a brother, Marvin Foskey of Rockledge; and six grandchildren.
