Services were held at 11AM today in Silver Leaf Primitive Baptist Church. Elder Fred Scott and the Rev. James Frost officiated and burial was in the church cemetery. A native of Telfair County, Mrs. Foskey was the daughter of the late Clemmie Clements and the late Della Clements of Telfair County. She was a resident of Laurens County most of her life where she was a member of Union Baptist Church. She was married to the late Worthen L. Foskey of Laurens County. Survivors include four sons, Eddie Foskey and Booth Foskey, both of East Dublin, Eugene Foskey of Warner Robins and Everett Foskey of Wrughtsville; four daughters, Vera Wood of East Dublin, Carrie Dominy of Warner Robins, and Nettie Johnson and Etta Mae Scott, both of Cave Springs; two brothers, Vance Clements of Jacksonville, Fla and Morris Clements of Brunswick; two sisters, Maude Passmore and Ruth Collins, both of Ludowici; 27 grandchildren and a number of great-grandchildren. Pallbearers were Billy Foskey, Cleveland Foskey, Kenny Clements, Johnny Scott, Alvin Johnson, and Jeffrey Foskey. Townsend Funeral Home had charge of arrangements.
