                Otis Brigham Foskey, Citrus Grove Caretaker
 Lake Wales---Mr. Brigham Foskey of 407 Highland Drive died Thursday, February 
20, 1992, at Lake Wales Hospital. He was 66. Born in Dublin, Ga., September 7, 
1925, he moved to Lake Wales from Davenport in 1940. He was a citrus grove 
caretaker. He was a Protestant. He is survived by a brother, Hodges Foskey, 
Atlanta, and a sister, Laura O'Quinn, Lake Wales. Glenn Abby Funeral Home 
Auburndale.

His parents were Otis U. Foskey and Dollie Unknown Foskey.
