                           Carl Westly Foskey
 DRY BRANCH-----Carl Westly Foskey, 56, died Monday at his residence after an 
extended illness. Born in Laurens County, he was the son of the late Jack 
Foskey and the late Earnest Fulford Foskey. He had lived in Dry Branch most of 
his life and was a retired employee of the H. M. Huber Corp. He was a Baptist. 
Survivors: wife, Mary Alice Foskey of Gray; children, Mark W. Foskey and 
Deborah Prosser, both of Dry Branch and Cathy Willis of Gray; sister, Jeanette 
Stevens of Dublin; and five grandchildren.
 Services: 11am today in Townsend Brothers Funeral Home, Dublin. Burial: 
Dublin Memorial Gardens. The Rev. Albert Lyles will officiate. Visitation: The 
family may be contacted at the residence of Mr. and Mrs. Mark Foskey, 1210 
Doyle Drive, Dry Branch.

Additional Comments:
Carl was born 10-27-1937 to Charlie Weslie "Jack" Foskey and Earnest Fulford 
Foskey.
