Funeral services will be held Thursday at 11:00am at Pleasant Hill Baptist Church with Rev. Carl Peacock officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery. A life long resident of Laurens County, Mr. Foskey was a member of the Pleasant Hill Baptist Church and a retired farmer. Survivors include a daughter, Mrs. Larry Upshaw, Cadwell; two brothers, Hodge Foskey, Jonesboro and Brigham Foskey, Lakewood, Fla.; one sister, Mrs. Laura O'Quinn, Lakewood, Fla.; and two grandchildren, Michael and Jeffrey Upshaw, Cadwell. Nephews will serve as pallbearers. The body will lie in state at the family residence until the funeral hour. Townsend Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. Additional Comments: William Francis was born 9-12-1910 to Otis D. Foskey and Dollie B. McCoy Foskey. He was married to the late Hattie Turner Foskey.
