Funeral services will be held at 2:00pm Tuesday at Pleasant Hill Baptist Church with Rev. Carl Peacock officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery. A native of Washington County, Mrs. Foskey was the daughter of the late J. Carl Turner and the late Annie Horton Turner of Washington County. She was a member of the Pleasant Hill Baptist Church. Survivors include her husband, William Francis Foskey, Eastman; one daughter, Mrs. Larry Upshaw, Cadwell; two brothers, Walter Turner, Cochran and Joe B. Turner, Dunlap, Tenn.; three sisters, Mrs. Wilbur Woodard, Milledgeville, Mrs. Lonnie Hughes, Oak Park, and Mrs. Myrtle Harrington, Lumber City, Fla.; two grandchildren, Michael and Jeffery Upshaw, both of Cadwell. Nephews will serve as pallbearers and she will lie in state at her residence from Monday afternoon until 1:00pm Tuesday when she will then be placed in the church to remain until the funeral hour.
