Franklin St., Dublin, will be held at 4pm today at First Church of the Nazarene. The Rev. Dan Casey, the Rev. Raymond Hand, and the Rev. Paul Smith will officiate and burial will be in Northview Cemetery. A native of Johnson County, Mr. Foskey lived most of his life in Laurens County. He was the son of the late H. T. Foskey and Leonia Williams Foskey, a member of the First Church of the Nazarene, and was retired from Forstmann & Co. Mr. Foskey died Saturday at a local hospital following an extended illness. Survivors include his wife, Wilma Powell Foskey of Dublin; two sons, Ray Foskey and Wayne Foskey, both of Dublin; two daughters, Ann Graham and Gay Grimes, both of Dublin; three sisters, Mrs. Arthur Tyson, Myrtle Smith, and Gaynelle Busch, all of Dublin; and nine grandchildren. Pallbearers will be Ray Smith, Wendell Moore, C. W. Webb,. Curtis Whitington, Jack Perry, and Samuel Moore Sr. An honorary escort will include Clinton Ellison, Grahl Kea, LeRoy McClusky, Don Johnston, Edison Harbin, Marcus Clements, Edsel Pitts, Gary Perry, Al Smithson, Robert Smith, Ed Daniels Sr., L. C. Peacock, Raymond Chafin, Herbert Shepard Jr., Ralph Smith, and Herbert B. Shepard. Townsend Funeral Home has charge of arrangements. Additional Comments: Roy was born 12-11-1928.
