(Jim) Carroll williamcarrollj@bellsouth.net October 15, 2009, 9:10 am The Dublin Courier Herald 4-12-1977 Page 12 Leo Edward Foskey ALBANY---Leo Edward Foskey, 30, Rt. 4, Albany, died unexpectedly Sunday afternoon in a Camilla hospital. Funeral services will be held at 2pm Wednesday at Pleasant Springs Baptist Church with Rev. Douglas Bush and Rev. Bill Rowden officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery. A native of Laurens County, Mr. Foskey was a member of Radium Springs Church of Christ. He had been a resident of Albany for the past two years and was assistant manager of the Piggly Wiggly in Albany. Survivors are his wife, Dianne Garnto Foskey, Albany; one son, Kelvin Foskey, Albany; two daughters, Miss Peggy Foskey and Miss Becky Foskey, both of Albany; parents, Mr and Mrs. Booth Foskey of Dublin; two brothers, Billy and Danny Foskey, both of Dublin; one sister, Mrs. Shelia Gillis, Lafayette; and a grandmother, Mrs. Claudia Foskey, Dublin. Pallbearers will be Phil Sterling, W. G. Sterling, Truman Pryor, Alfred Simmons, Leon Smith, and Bobby Williford. The family will be at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Booth Foskey and will receive friends at the funeral home Tuesday night from 7:30 to 9:00pm.
