Foskey Services for James Edward "Bill" Foskey, 59, of Route 6 Dublin, were scheduled for 2pm today in the chapel of Townsend Brothers Funeral Home with the Rev. James H. Frost and the Rev. Charles Bloodworth officiating and burial in Bethlehem Cemetery. A lifelong resident of Laurens County, Mr. Foskey was the son of the late Tillman Foskey and Ruby Jones Foskey, and was a painter. He died Saturday at his residence after a brief illness. Survivors include a son, Steve Foskey of Dublin; a daughter, Debbie Foskey Brown of Macon; three brothers, Curtis Foskey, Donald Foskey, and Larry Foskey, all of Dublin; three sisters, Iris Hall, Lois Harden, and Grace Alligood, all of Dublin; and three grandchildren, Rachel Ann Foskey of Dublin and Michael Willard Brown and Deborah Michelle Brown of Macon. Pallbearers are Tonny Hall, Ronnie Hall, Jimmy Foskey, Gregg Harden, Mike Holton, and Jimmy Stewart. Additional Comments: James Edward was born 7-11-1932. Georgia death certificate #038879.
