                            Richy Foskey
 Services for William Richard (Richy) Foskey, 22, of Route 6 Dublin, will be 
held at 3pm Wednesday at East Dublin Baptist Church. The Rev. Ronnie Powell, 
the Rev. Nathan Byrd, and the Rev. Ben Martin will officiate. Burial will be 
in Dublin Memorial Gardens.
 A native of Houston County, Mr. Foskey was a member of First Baptist Church 
in Warner Robins. He was a graduate of Patch American High School in Suttgart, 
Germany, where he a member of the drama club, sports editor for the high 
school newspaper, a member of the Future Business Leaders Club, and lieutant 
in the ROTC. He attended Georgia Southern College and was a member of the 
drama club there.
 Mr. Foskey was currently a student at Middle Georgia College Dublin Residence 
Center, where he was a member of the drama club, wrote editorials for the 
college newspaper,and was a member of the Baptist Student Union. He died 
Sunday afternoon.
 Survivors include his parents, Jimmie and Virginia Kay Holland Foskey of 
Dublin; his maternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. D. Quillian Holland of 
Brewton; his paternal grandmother, Juanita F. Garner of East Dublin; and 
several aunts and uncles.
 Pallbearers will be John Anderson, Christopher Anderson, David Holland III, 
Patrick Holland, Myron McBride, Al Durden, Michael Anderson, and David Holland 
Jr.
 The body will be placed in the church an hour before services.
 The family will receive friends from 7-9 tonight at Adams Funeral Home.

Richy was born 3-28-1968.
