                        Mrs. Juanita Horton Garner
Funeral services for Mrs. Juanita Horton Garner, 85, of East Dublin, will be 
held at C. Homer Adams Memorial Chapel on Wednesday at 2 p.m. Burial will 
follow at Dublin Memorial Gardens. Rev. Ronnie Powell and Rev. Stephen Kyzer 
will officiate. Mrs. Garner was born in Johnson County on September 24, 1920 
to the late Morris and Arphelia Foskey Horton. Mrs. Garner was predeceased by 
Eddie L. Foskey, Willis Smith, T.C. Garner, Jimmie Foskey and Richard Foskey. 
She died Sunday afternoon at her residence after an extended illness. Mrs. 
Garner is survived by one daughter, Marilyn McBride of Ringgold; one son, 
Gaston Foskey and wife Elizabeth of Warner Robins; two granddaughters, Cynthia 
Bowen and husband Howard of Warner Robins and Melanie Smith and husband Scott 
of RInggold; one grandson, Myron McBride and wife Tammy of Ringgold; five 
great-grandchildren, Cody Durden, Courtney Durden, Colton Smith, Carter Smith 
and Ben Treine; one sister, Lottie Miller of Dublin; her daughter-in-law, Kay 
Foskey; and several nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held at Adams 
Funeral Home tonight from 6 p.m. until 9 p.m. Memorial contributions may be 
donated to the Gideons International, the American Heart Association and East 
Dublin Baptist Church Mission Programs. Adams Funeral Home of Dublin will be 
in charge of arrangements.
