                            Norman Harold Gay
 Services for Norman Harold Gay, 71, of 2960 Dalton St., Macon, were scheduled 
for 1:30pm today in the chapel of Townsend Brothers Funeral Home, with the 
Rev. Charles Killingsworth officiating and burial in Northview Cemetery.
 A native of Laurens County, Mr. Gay was the son of the late Johnnie G. and 
Ella Belle Creel Gay, was a resident of Macon since 1952, was a retired 
employee of Robins Air Force Base, a Mason, and a member of Bethesda Baptist 
Church in Macon. He died Wednesday in a Macon hospital.
 Survivors include his wife, Alma Louise Hanson Gay of Macon; a stepdaughter, 
Shirley Avery of Mt. Pleasant, SC; three sisters, Eva Woodard of East Dublin, 
Hazel Amos of Warner Robins, and Jeanette Colbert of Aberdeen, NC; five 
grandchildren, five great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
 Deacons of Bethesda Baptist in Macon will serve as pallbearers.
 Townsend Brothers Funeral Home has charge of arrangements.
