(Jim) Carroll williamcarrollj@bellsouth.net February 8, 2012, 5:25 pm The Dublin Courier Herald 10-24-1960 Front Page Lester Graham Rites Are Held Sunday Funeral services for Lester Graham, 60, of Lollie, were held Sunday at the Blue Springs Baptist Church, with the Rev. Hubert Hollis, the Rev. Troy Crisp and the Rev. W. E. Flanders officiating. Burial was in the church cemetery and Adams Funeral Home was in charge. Mr. Graham died Saturday night at his residence after being in ill health for four years. A member of the Methodist Church, he was a guard at the Laurens County Public Work Camp for a number of years. Born and reared in Laurens County, he was the son of the late Robert Graham and Docia Stewart Graham. Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Lester Graham of Lollie; four sons, Prentice Graham of East Dublin, Prescott Graham, Phillip Graham, and Tony Graham, all of Lollie; three daughters, Mrs. Juanita Frost, Mrs. Joyce Fordham, and Mrs. JoAnn Barwick, all of Dublin Route 6; eight grandchildren; two sisters, Mrs. Pauline Hester, Dublin Route 6 and Mrs. Jo Anne Hall of Rockledge. Adams Funeral Home was in charge. Additional Comments: Lester was born 20 Oct 1900. His wife was Dollie Drew Graham who is also buried at Blue Springs Baptist Church Cemetery.
