                           Mrs. Adie Johnson
 Mrs. Adie Johnson, 81, 3207 Old Savannah Road, died Sunday in a Richmond 
County hospital.
 The funeral will be held at 3pm today at the Sammons Funeral Home Chapel with 
the Rev. Monroe Carter officiating. Burial will be in Westview Cemetery, 
Treutlen County.
 Mrs. Johnson was a native of Laurens County, but had lived in Augusta 26 
years. She was a member of the Pentecostal Holiness Church.
 Survivors include one son, Mendell Johnson, Augusta; one daughter, Mrs. 
Billie LaCroix, High Springs, Fla.; two sisters, Mrs. Roy Grimes, Clearwater, 
Fla. and Mrs. Pete Gay, Macon, Ga.; and four brothers, Talmadge Hanson, Leon 
Hanson, and Esra Hanson, Soperton, Ga. and Albert Hanson, Dublin, Ga.

Additional Comments:
Adie was born 2 Dec 1897 to Stephen David "Steve" Hanson and Leona 
Naomi "Onnie" Stewart Hanson. Her first husband was A. D. Keen and her second 
husband was Ben Johnson. Georgia death certificate #035930.
