B. Daniel. Horace Spivey, 68, was pronounced dead and an autopsy revealed that he died of a heart attack, and Mr. and Mrs. Earl Drew, of 815 North Church Street, are under treatment at Claxton's Hospital for shock and exposure. Their conditions are said to be good. The report show that the three were fishing Sunday morning on Hall's Lake when the boat capzized. Mr. Drew assisted his wife to safety while Mr. Spivey clung to the overturned vessel. Then as Drew approached him in another boat he was seen to lose his grasp. Artificial respiration was applied by Drew but to no avail. Dr. Fred J. Coleman, who performed the autopsy, said death was caused by a heart attack. Mr. Spivey, who was a carpenter, and who made his home with the Drews, is survived by a daughter, Mrs. Evelyn Osborne, of Norfolk, Va.; a son, Douglas Spivey of Cocoa, Fla.; a brother, Otis Spivey, of Pinehurst, and six grandchildren.
