Stevens Sr., 51, lifelong resident of Cadwell community, will be held Wednesday morning at 11 o'clock at Reedy Springs Primitive Baptist Church with burial in the church cemetery. Townsend Brothers will be in charge. Mr. Stevens, who had a wide circle of friends over the county, died Monday at his home in Cadwell. He was engaged in farming. Survivors include Mrs. Stevens; children, Cecil Stevens of Cadwell, Woodroe Stevens of the US Navy, Fred Stevens of the US Army, Fannie Jo, Bryleen, and Wayne Stevens of Cadwell; brothers, T. E. Stevens of Macon, Henry Stevens of Rentz, Louis Stevens of Cadwell, Oilie Stevens of McIntyre, and Walter Stevens of Rentz. Additional Comments: Allie Drusillar "Silla" Howell Stephens was his wife.
