                       C. B. Thomas
 Funeral services for C. B. Thomas, 72, of Route 1, will be held tomorrow at 
11:00 at the C. Homer Adams Chapel with the Rev. Jimmy R. Smith officiating. 
Burial will be in Northview Cemetery and Adams Funeral Home is in charge of 
arrangements.
 Pallbearers will include Vaughn Hilbun, Gary Hilbun, Carlton Willis, Hoke 
Long, Ralph Keen, and Lee Thomas.
 Native of Laurens County, he was the son of the late Henry Jordan Thomas and 
Virginia Stewart Thomas, Mr. Thomas died early this morning in a local 
hospital after having been in declining helath for the past two years. He was 
in the construction business until his retirement and was a member of Callie 
Self Baptist Church, Greenwood, SC.
 His survivors are his widow, Mrs. Edyre H. Thomas, Dublin Rte. 1; a brother, 
Charles A. Thomas, Rock Hill, SC; and other relatives.
