                            Arthur Thompson
 Funeral services for Arthur Lee Thompson, 86, of Cadwell, will be held Friday 
at 11am at Pleasant Hill Baptist Church with burial in the church cemetery. 
The Rev. Greg Lowery will officiate.
 A native of Laurens County, Mr. Thompson was the son of the late Jim Thompson 
and Barbara Ellen Williams Thompson, and widower of the late Nellie Bond 
Thompson. He was a retired farmer and member of Pleasant Hill Baptist Church. 
Mr. Thompson died Wednesday.
 Survivors include one daughter, Barbara Thonmpson of Cadwell; two sons, 
Charles Thompson of Cadwell and Sam Thompson of Dublin; one sister, Helen T. 
Sapp of Cadwell; four grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and several 
nieces and nephews.
 Pallbearers will be Roy Parkerson, Jimmy Bryan, Donnie Bryan, Earl Sapp, Don 
Christian and David Moye.
 The family will receive friends from 7-8:30pm tonight at Adams Funeral Home.
 The family may be contacted at the home of Barbara Thompson near Cadwell.

Arthur was born 3-12-1910. Georgia death certificate #025068.
