(Jim) Carroll williamcarrollj@bellsouth.net September 23, 2011, 11:09 am The Dublin Courier Herald 11-12-1983 Mrs. Tyson Services for Mrs. David Z. (Mildred Louella Petty) Tyson, 70, of 406 S. Church St., Dublin, will be held at 11am Tuesday in the C. Homer Adams Chapel at Adams Funeral Home. The Rev. Harold R. Rickert and the Rev. C. E. Vines will officiate. Burial will be in Bethlehem Baptist Church Cemetery. A native of Johnson County, Mrs. Tyson was the daughter of the late Wesley and Della Lloyd Petty. She was a member of Saxon Heoghts Baptist Church. Mrs. Tyson died Sunday in a local hospital after an illness of several months. Survivors include her husband, David Z. Tyson of Dublin; a son, James E. Harrison of Rt. 2 Danville; four grandchildren; one great-grandchild; a number of nieces, nephews, and other relatives. Pallbearers will be Marvin Petty, James Rodenberry, Andy Wiggins, Dennis Bowick, W. E. Williams, and J. C. Williams. The Tyson family will be at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Harrison, Rt. 2 Danville.
