(Jim) Carroll williamcarrollj@bellsouth.net February 16, 2013, 4:57 pm The Dublin Courier Herald 7-6-1995 Edith Mullis Warnock Services for Edith Mullis Warnock, 59, of 1171 Hwy. 29 South, East Dublin, are scheduled for 11am Friday at Eastside Baptist Church in East Dublin. Rev. James O. Gay will officiate and burial will follow in Union Baptist Church Cemetery in Laurens County. A life long resident of Laurens County, Mrs. Warnock was the daughter of the late Durvis Mullis and the late Nira Lee Mullis, was retired from Forstman and Company after 22 years, and a member of Eastside Baptist Church. She died on Wednesday at her home after an extended illness. Survivors include her husband, Clayton Warnock of East Dublin; three sons and daughters-in-law; Ken and Beth Warnock, Danny and Lisa Warnock, and Lynn and Amy Warnock, all of Dublin; two grandaughters, Deidre Warnock and Kristina Warnock, both of Dublin; two grandsons, Joshua Gay and Jordan Warnock, both of Dublin; and a sister, Nell Stone of Dublin. Tommy Wood, Jeff Aaron, Willard Taylor, Phil Gay, Reese Foskey, and Curtis Warnock will serve as pallabearers. The family will receive friends tonight from 7pm until 9pm at Townsend Brothers Funeral Home, who has charge of the arrangements. Additional Comments: Edith was born 11 Apr 1936.
