                      Ruby Whitehead
 Services for Ruby Whitehead, 80, of Route 1 Rockledge, will be held at 3pm 
Friday at Rockledge United Methodist Church. Burial will be in Mount Zion 
Cemetery.
 A native of Laurens County, Mrs. Whitehead was a member of Rockledge United 
Methodist Church. She died Wednesday at her residence.
 Survivors include her husband, Grady Whitehead of Rockledge; three daughters, 
Catherine Underwood and Cecile Whitehead, both of Atlanta, and Carolyn Barrs 
of Rockledge; five grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
 The body will be placed in the church an hour before services.
 Sammons Funeral Home in Soperton has charge of arrangements.

Additional Comments:
Ruby was born 4-2-1909 to Unknown and Demarius "Sis" Miller.
