born October 9, 1888 in GA
died October 20, 1971 in Veterans Administration Hospital, Hampton, VA
Career Army and WW1 Veteran

Son of Joseph Franklin and Josephine E. Griffin Vinson.  Brother of Mary Lou 
Vinson Holland.

Grave located in the "old" section in the plot with his parents.
