CITATION FOR GUARDIANSHIP

Lee County.
Ordinary's Office for Said County
September Term 1910
To Whom it May Concern
   Take notice that Mrs. Mattie E. Rhodes has made
application to me in due form of law to be appointed
guardian of the persons and property of Laura Ellyn
Rhodes, Leila Miriam Rhodes and Albert Cecil Rhodes,
minor children under fourteen years of age, of C. A.
Rhodes late of said county, deceased.
   Said application will be heard at the October term
of the court of ordinary of said county, to be held
on first Monday in October next.
   This September 5, 1910.
