West on GA-144 toward Glennville to FS-20. Right on FS-20, 65/100 mile to cemetery on right. Survey made 6/8/90 by Wyman May and H.L. Neal, Jr. The date Toms Creek, a White Methodist church, was established is unknown. After this church was disbanded, a Black congregation worshiped there.
