Fire dogs, Shovel & tong 2 Trivet 0.50 [See Note] Lot of Books 8.00 Amt. carried forward 4937.50 We the appraisers certify the above to be a correct appraisement of the personal property of the Estate of Joseph Norman as Shown to us by Mrs. Mary Norman Executrix; and the following to be the division required of us. --- The wish of the parties being duly to draw one portion from the estate & the whole amount of appraisement being five thousand and fifty eight dollars & 50 cents to which, there being Seven heirs, the portion of each therefore is seven hundred & twenty two dollars 64 2/7 cents. By agreement of all parties, Mrs. Margaret R. Miller, the heir winning the portion, took the negroes Harry & Polydore amounting as per appraisement to seven hundred & fifty dollars, agrees to pay the estate the deficience [sic] $27.35 5/7 cts.
