Georgia Colonial Deeds
Book V, p. 30

  This Indenture Witnesseth that whereas Mark Carr in the province of Georgia
Esqr. did by a Certain Deed of Lease and Release executed by him and Dated
the nineteenth Day of June in the Year of our lord one thousand Seven hundred
and fifty eight convey unto James Maxwell Kenneth Baillie John Elliott Grey
Elliott John Stevens and their Successors in Trust a Certain Tract or parcel of
land containing about three hundred acres Situate on the River of Midway to be a
township Known by the Name of the town of Sunbury as by the said Deed will more
at large appear Recoures (?) being there unto had  We John Elliott James Fisher
and Francis Arthur three of the Trustees appointed in the said Conveyance by
virtue of the power and Trust Vested and Reposed in us thereby and for
Consideration of the sum of three pounds sterling which by a Receipt of Gray
Elliott appears to have been paid him by James Andrew for the use of the said
Mark Carr his heirs and administrators or assigns where with we acknowledge our
selves satisfied and also upon condition that the said James Andrew his heirs
Executors administrators or assigns shall and Do comply with Submit and be
subject to the Several Regulations Conditions Penalties and forteitures
specified in the above mentioned Deed of Conveyance Do hereby Convey unto the
said James Andrew his heirs and assign for ever a certain Parcel or Lot of Land
in said town of Sunbury Know by the Number two hundred and forty as in the plan
of the said will appear containing Seventy feet in Front and one hundred and
thirty in Depth  In Witness whereof we have here unto sett our hand and Seal
this Seventh Day of July in the Year of our Lord one thousand Seven hundred and
