Tampa, Fl., Hillsborough County, Wednesday, November 7, 2007.
George R. Darsey, 80 died Sunday, November 4, 2007 in Sun City Center, Fl. He 
was a native of Willie, Georgia and lived in Claxton, Ga., before moving to 
Atlanta, Ga., where He lived most of His life. He retired after 35 years with 
MARTA. He was a Veteran of the Korean conflict. Survivors: His Wife, Ruth 
Darsey, of Sun City Center, Fl; StepDaughter and Husband, Marty and Nicholas
Bralich of St. Petersburg, Fl; StepSon and Wife, Jimmy and Retha  Mitchell of
Atlanta; Two Sisters, Sarah Thompson of Indianapolis, Ind., and Cecile and 
Herbert Daniel of Claxton, Ga. Funeral services will be in Claxton, Ga. 
Remembrances may be made to the American Heart Association, 5105 Paulsen St.,
Savannah, Georgia 31405. Zipperer's Funeral Home, Ruskin, Fl. 33510.
