My grandfather J. M. Bland lived on that part of Liberty County that was on 
the Fort Stewart Ga. Military Reservation.  The government took the lands 
from him in 1941 and he relocated to Long County Georgia where he lived 
untill his death in 1943. 
He was one of the largest turpentine farmers in Liberty County . 
All members shown are dead except Lila Bland O'leary, 
and Elizabeth Bland Hodges Mason, my beloved cousin
