Cooper In the Name of God Amen. I Clayborn Hinson of Liberty County in the State of Georgia Planter being weak in Body but of sound mind do make and institute this my last will and Testament and hereby revoke all former wills Testaments Legacies and Bequests heretofore by me made. First it is my will and desire that all my just debts be duly paid and lastly I hereby give and bequeath unto my loving wife Sarah Hinson all and every part and parcel of whatever kind and wherever being to her sole use for ever and having directed Doctor (?) Adam Alexander to write this my will but being from weakness unable to sign and seal it have requested Mrs. Catherine Collins, Mrs. Elizabeth Bacon and said Adam Alexander to set their hands and seals to the same as evidence of my intent and perfect approbation after the same has been first read to me in their presence this thirty first day of March in the year of our Lord one thousand and seven hundred and ninety four. Alexander (seal) State of Georgia Liberty County Personally appeared before me John Dollar one of the justices assigned to keep the peace in said County Catharine Collins Elizabeth Bacon and Adam Alexander who severally being duly sworn in the holy Evangelist of Almighty God say that they and each of them were present when they heard the within named Clayborn Hinson declare that the within instrument of writing was his last will and Testament but through weakness of Body he was not able to sign the same and they were the subscribing witnesses to the said Will.
