This file was contributed by: Ron Paschall paschall@nu-z.net ==================================================================== This cemetery lies across the street from Anthony's Chapel on the Metasville-Lincolnton Road, about 1/2 mile from Hwy. 378. (Sunday, July 04, 1999 Winston Bailey carried Amy, my dau., and myself to this cemetery today, July 4, 1999. We read and recorded all the information from the tombstones that we could read. This is a vast cemetery; we estimated there to be at least 200 graves there. It measured approx. 600' on the NE x 300' on SE x 550' SW x 250' NW. There didn't appear to be many graves in the eastern corner, however. It is my opinion that since so many of the people buried in this cemetery were members of Rehoboth Baptist Church that this *could be* an early site of that church. -- R. Paschall.)
