That is to say First I Will that all my Just debts be legally discharged. I then give and bequeath to My Wife Sarah Curry all my Estate both real and personal to her own proper use during her life or widowhood. Should she marry, Then to be Equally divided among her and My Surviving heirs I Will that James W. Curry, Robert F. Curry, Susannah U. Curry, Martha M. Curry & Eliza M. Curry, be Educated out of my Estate to read write & also a good Bed + Stead + furniture to each of the above named children as they come of age or marry, I will that it Shall be in the power of my beloved Wife Sarah Curry to have any part of my Estate Valued ___ the property to be taken at Said Valuation - I will that my beloved daughter Nancy M. Howard all that falls to her both real and personal of my Estate, to belong to her and to the heirs of her body forever. If no heirs then to return to her brothers, And Lastly, I constitute and appoint My beloved Wife Sarah Curry, Thos. Curry, & Allen R. Curry as Executors to this my last will and Testament.
