Court of Ordianry 1807 -1819 I found this will for William Paradice-Paradise in Book Q, page 130. I am in no way connected to this name, just thought that someone researching this family would like to have it. It was the only will in this book of inventories. It is not listed in the wills of Lincoln Co. Lincoln Co, Ga. Court of Ordinary 1807 ­ 1819; Book Q, page 130 In the Name of God, Amen I William Paradice of the county of Lincoln & State of Georgia here at this time sick & weak of body but of perfect Time (It is written Time not mind, pmp) & memory, but calling into mind the uncertainty of this life do think fit & proper to make this to be my last will and testament- It is my will that first my just debts should be all paid and the remainder part of my estate I give as followeth-First of all I lend to my beloved wife Elizabeth Paradice the land and possession whereon I now live together with the house hold furniture & plantation utensils together with one negroe girl named Sarah & her increase with all the stock of horses & cattle &ect. During her widowhood. Except such furniture as she may think proper to despose of to her daughters, Anna & Sally at there marriage ­ Secondly I give and bequeath to my daughters Anna one half of a tract of land that I drawn in the state land lottery in the 19th district of Baldwin containing 202 ½ acres & to my daughter Sally I give & bequeath the other half of said land as above mentioned to be equally divided between my two said daughters- Thirdly I give and bequeath to my son James Paradice the land, stock and furniture whereon I now live at the death of his mother and 4th ly, I give and bequeath to my little daughter Jenney Paradice & the expected heir which my beloved wife Elizabeth is at this time pregnant with the Negro girl called Sarah & her increase at the death of tyhere mother together with such furniture as there mother shall se proper to give them if left before her death and one tract of land in the 10th district of Wilkerson to be equally divided between the two youngest heirs above mentioned. I leave my beloved wife Elizabeth Paradice Executrix and my son James Paradice executor to convey this my last will & testament fully into effect & the management of all affairs originating from the same ­ To this I sign seal and acknowledge as my last will and testament this 7th day of May in the year of our Lord One Thousand Eight Hundred & Nine- Signed, Sealed and acknowledged in the presence of Test: William Paradice {seal} Wm.
