Obituaries In Our Area

Mrs. Agnes Lehman

Mrs. Agnes Lehman, 76, of 237 Beck Street, died Thursday afternoon at South 
Georgia Medical center here following a short illness.

The former Agnes Mae Boone, she was a native of Coffee County.  She was a 
member of the Forrest Street Assembly of God Church, the Women's Missionary 
Council and was Mother of the Year at her church last year.

She is survived by four daughters, Mrs. WJ Cowart and Mrs. Ed Newham of 
Valdosta, Mrs. JH Royster of Plant City, FL and Mrs. Robert Ziegler of 
Griffin; eight sons, JD Lehman and WT Lehman of Plant City, FL, Julian Lehman, 
JC Lehman, Morris Lehman, MB Lehman and Larry E Lehman Valdosta and Harry H of 
Columbus; 87 grandchildren, 57 great grandchildren, and 9 great great 
grandchildren; two sisters, Mrs. Geraldine Miller and Mrs. Lena Edwards of 
Tampa, FL; three brothers, AC Boone of Adel and JB Boone and WB Boone of 
Jacksonville, FL.

Funeral services are to be held at 2 PM Sunday at the Forrest Street Assembly 
of God Church here, with burial in New Friendship Church Cemetery near Hahira.

Carson McLane Funeral Home here is in charge of her arrangements.
