The Constitution, Atlanta, 16 Dec. 1904
Valdosta, Ga., December 25-
Miss Sallie Lester, one of the best known and oldest residents of this city, 
died at the Valdosta sanitarium yesterday.  Her body was interred in the city 
cemetery this morning.  Miss Lester had been a resident of Valdosta for more 
than 40 years, but left few near relatives in this section.
