Obit of Carson McLane Funeral Home
 Cleatice Luke, 77, of Valdosta died Friday, November 23, 2001, at Lakehaven 
Nursing home.
 He was born on August 2, 1924, in Alapaha to the late Buford and Ollie Harper 
Luke and had been employed with Anchor Glass Company in Jacksonville, FL, 
before moving to Valdosta 15 years ago. 
 Survivors include two sons, Gary Luke of Orange Park, FL, and Kevin Luke of 
Boston; daughter, Sharon Luke Campbell of West Palm Beach, FL; two grandsons, 
Gary Luke, Jr, and David Luke; three great-grandchildren; three brothers, R.M. 
Luke of Nashville, Melvin Luke of Waycross, and Buck Luke of Fitzgerald; four 
sisters, Brenda Henderson of Berrien County, Evelyn Griffin of Nashville, Betty 
Jo Luke and Margie Griffin both of Jacksonville, FL. 
 He was preceded in death by his wife, Dolores Barber Luke.
 Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, November 26, 2001, in the 
chapel of Carson McLane Funeral Home with Elder Fred Hesters officiating.
 Burial will follow in Riverview Memorial Gardens.
