C.W. Stargel, was long and interesting. Several hundred people were present- many were there from Western North Carolina. Additional Comments: Mrs. Watters name was Mary "Polly" Watters. She was the wife of John S. Watters. They were the parents of Samuel Waters. Mary and John S. were born in North Carolina. They were listed on the 1867 membership roll at Mt.
