He left here several years ago and located at Mineral Bluff, where he once served as marshal, and well respected by the citizens of that town, so we understand. Mr. Walker was borned and reared in Lumpkin county and was a good law-abiding citizen, who once held the office as bailiff and will be remembered by some who generally waited on the grand jury years ago. He has one brother here, Mr. West Walker, (better knows as Shotgun Walker) and one sister and a great many other relatives here to mourn is loss. We failed to get his age or the full details, but he must have been about 80 years old. Additional Comments: Real name was Larkin, he went by "Lark". I copied the misspellings as they were written.
