Delta Items

The farmers are quite busy this week.

Miss Fronie Parks and Mr. Elbert Windham called on Misses Loria and Alice 
Carter last Sunday evening.

Mr. P.T. McDaniel, of Macon, is visiting relatives and friends at Delta and 
Garden Valley this week.

Miss Annie Mae McDaniel, who has been teaching school near Delta, will leave 
Saturday evening for her home in Macon.  Her many friends will regret to see 
her leave.

Miss Eula Park, of Reynolds, visited her cousins, Mrs. Lauder Driskol, last 
Saturday night and Sunday.

Mr. and Mrs. O.D. Hobbs spent last Sunday with Mr. and Mrs. H.F. McDaniel and 
family.

Mr. Eugene Park made his usual trip to Delta Sunday.

Delta Items

Miss Elma Blair is visiting relatives and friends at Delta this week.

Mr. and Mrs. H.F. McDaniel spent Sunday with Mr. and Mrs. R.E. Hobbs.

Mrs. Greathouse was the guest of Mrs. S.B. McDaniel last week.

Mrs. B.E. Hobbs and Mrs. L.H. Hobbs spent last Tuesday with Mrs. Levy Jones.

Mr. Claude Jenkins visited at Panhandle last Sunday.

Mr. and Mrs. L.H. Hobbs spent Sunday with Mr. and Mrs. B.E. Hobbs.

Mr. and Mrs. L.E. Jones were the guests at the home of Mr. J. Hobbs near 
Reynolds last week.

Miss Minnie Hinton closed her school Friday the 25th with a picnic; all present 
had a nice time.  The school children regret to see their school close for 
their teacher was so good and kind to them.
