Miss Ethel Gardner was a recent visitor in Macon. L.H. Chapman of Macon spent Sunday with friends and relatives here. King Gardner of Oglethorpe spent the weekend here with relatives. Mrs. A.E. Dean of Oglethorpe visited relatives there the past week. Chief Giles of Montezuma was shaking hands with friends here Monday. Mrs. Monroe Hill of Southland visited her daughter, Mrs. M.B. Smith the past week. Miss Eula Williams has returned to her home in Florida after a pleasant visit to her aunt, Mrs. J.M. Riggins. H.J. Myrick was a visitor to Macon the past week. Miss Hattiebelle Lightner left Tuesday for a visit to relatives in Columbus. Mr. A.M. Park were called to Ellaville Monday by the death of his niece. Mr. and Mrs. W.H. Terry were visitors at Charing last week. Mrs. W.F. Giles and children also her sister, Miss Nettie Daniels, left Wednesday for Georgetown, S.C. where they will make their future home.
