Macon County Primary Held Friday

Oglethorpe, March 27 –

In the Macon County primary held here yesterday all the old officers were 
elected as follows:

Clerk Superior Court, C.A. Powell
Sheriff, D.M. Hicks
Treasurer, W.J. Griffin
Tax Receiver, L.P. Clark
Tax Collector, W.C. Johnson
Coroner, W.G. Childs
County Commissioners, J.M. Lewis and W.H. Gardner
Democratic Executive Committee, C.A. Greer

There was no candidate announced for county surveyor and the place was left 
vacant.
