Ralph S. Price Sr.

Montezuma, Ga. – Ralph S. Price Sr., 62, Montezuma, died Friday at Riverside 
Hospital.

Funeral will be 3 p.m. Sunday at Church of God of Prophecy with burial in 
Memorial Park Cemetery, according to Watson-Mathews.

Mr. Price was born May 2, 1910, in Barbour County, Ala., a son of the late 
Burl and Janie Caraway Price.

He had lived here 31 years and was a member of the Church of God of 
Prophecy.

Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Jennie Fowler Price, Montezuma; six sons, 
Mike, Dick and Ralph Price Jr., all of Montezuma, Cleo Price, Americus, 
Billy Price, Lakeland, Fla., and Burl Price, Ft. Benning; five daughters, 
Mrs. Ernest Crook, Mrs. J. L. Payne and Mrs. James Peaster, all of 
Montezuma, Mrs. Jim Chambley, Fort Pierce, Fla., and Mrs. Jack Beamon, 
Smithville; two sisters, Mrs. J. K. Bailey, Cordele, and Mrs. Mildred 
Bennett, Douglasville; 25 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren; and 
several nieces and nephews.
