I do therefore make this my last will and testament hereby revoking and annulling all others by me heretofore made. 1st - I desire and direct that my body be buried in a decent and Christianlike manner suitable to my circumstances and condition in life - My soul, I trust, shall return to rest with God who gave as I __________ for Salvation through the merits and atonement of the blessed Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. 2ndly I desire and direct that all my just debts be paid without delay by my Executors herein after named and appointed. 3rdly I give, bequeath and devise to my son, William W. Bryan and his wife E. T. A. Bryan all the Western half of lot of land number Sixty eight (68) in the thirteenth district of Macon County, State of Georgia, except fifty (50) acres deeded off to James B. D. Dwight, also sixty 62 1/2 two and one half acres of lot number Sixty (69) nine on the south side of said lot No. 69 its being all of said last named lot except that portion heretofore sold to Thomas Passmore, all containing in the aggregate one hundred 113 3/4 and thirteen and three quarter acres more or less all in the thirteenth district of Macon County Georgia with all the rights members and appurtenances to said tracts or parcels of land, for and during their natural lives, and after their deaths to pass to and become the property of their children, heirs of their bodies to be equally divided among their children. 4thly I give, bequeath and devise to my son, William W. Bryan and his wife E. T. A. Bryan all my household and kitchen furniture for and during their natural lives and after their deaths to pass to and become the property of their children, heirs of their bodies, to be equally divided among them. Martha Jones Signed, sealed, declared and published by Martha Jones as her last will and testament in the presence of us the undersigned who subscribed their names hereto in the presence of said testator at her special instance and request and in the presence of each other - this November 28th 1885.
