MADISON COUNTY, GA - CEMETERY Shiloh Baptist Church ***************** Copyright. All rights reserved. http://www.usgwarchives.net/copyright.htm http://www.usgwarchives.net/ga/gafiles.htm *********************** This file was contributed for use in the USGenWeb Archives by: Shiloh Baptist Church 6173 Hwy 72 East Carlton, GA GMD 203 Carlton is the last town traveling east on Hwy 72 before you reach Broad River and Elbert County line. Shiloh Baptist Church and cemetery are on the left on a hill as you leave town traveling east. The railroad is on your right as you drive through town. Watch for a bridge that crosses the railroad, and opposite it will be a small store front (not always in operation). The church is just past this point on the left. Parking is available behind the church. Most of the cemetery is directly behind the church on the hill side up from the h9ghway. There are a couple of hidden spots. The first is between the main portion of the cemetery and the housing behind it. The other is in the far back corner at the edge of the property line on the downward side of the hill. Walk toward the unidentified grave with the iron fencing, turn left and follow the property line. ARNOLD, Carrie E. M. September 18, 1896 - December 9, 1984 BOLTON, Ella M.
