To Lemuel Black of said State. ___eeting. Whereas Mary A Black, who has been found incapable of attending to her own business, from old age and infirmity is possessed in her own right of considerable estate by means whereof the favor of granting letters of Guardianship of said Mary A Black to me is manifestly known to belong and for the letter incurring said estate and from the integrity + confidence disposed in you I do hereby commit the guardianship of the said Mary A Black to you the said Lemuel Black. You assenting thereto by the acceptance of these letters. Herein charging that you enquire into and take charge of her estate both real and personal and all other things do which by law you ought to do for your said _and of all which you shall under a correct account to the Court of Ordinary of said county yearly and every year during your continuance in office and lastly I hereby commit the Guardianship of the said Mary A Black to you the said Lemuel Black during her incapacity.
