GEORGIA--Madison County

      At Chambers, April 18th, 1899

T. J. Scott as executor of W. W. Scott, having filed his petition for probate 
of W. W. Scott's will in solemn form, and it appearing that citation should 
issue, to be served personally on s. E. Scott, Lizzie F. Scott, John C. Scott, 
Mary E. Sorrells, D. E. Griffeth, Mamie G. Griffeth, D. Porter Griffeth, 
Charles S. Griffeth, M. Ethel Griffeth, L. clifford Griffeth and S. Jefferson 
Griffeth.  Ordered, that the usual citation issue, to be served on them ten 
days before the term of this court to be held on the first Monday in May, 1899; 
and that, as J. D. Scott resides out of the State of Georgia and can only be 
served by publication that he be cited and made a party by publication in each 
issue of the weekly Monitor from this date until the first Monday in May, and 
that this order so published constitute such citation.
